Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of her placing. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. It is common to warm up prior to the actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
